Restalls have been makers, restorers and dealers of violins, violas and ’cellos since 1979. The new shop and workshop occupy 1600 square feet of a historic barn complex on the Cowdray estate in Midhurst, West Sussex, U.K.

This business is soundly based on trust, respect for our customers and a love of the instruments we work with. We spend much time sourcing the best value instruments and bows, and more time putting them into good playing order so they are reliable, work well and are pleasing to use. We enjoy what we do and so do not cut corners.
